Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) provides ambulance services for people requiring emergency care. The following describes the procedure.

• Not applicable.

1. Dial the IGMH hotline service number and give the details of patient’s location.
2. The ambulance will arrive as soon as possible and take the patient to the hospital.
3. When the patient is brought in to the hospital, the patient will be taken to the emergency room for treatment and the guardian of the patient should go to cash counter and ask for the ambulance memo providing service.
4. Take a number and when your number is displayed, make the payment and obtain the ambulance service memo.
   Submit the ambulance service memo to the transport section (located near the entrance).

• There is no charge for transportation of people who died at the hospital.

• If the patient requires to be transported from the hospital in an ambulance, the ambulance fee must be paid in advance.
